Well, my right calf continues to bother me. I was able to do my marathon pace run this evening, but I think I'm going to make some adjustments to my training. I'm going to maintain the mileage, just change the pacing a bit.
For the next week I'm going to be doing all my runs between 7:15 and 7:25 per mile pace. Hopefully, I'll see some improvement in my calf.
One more thing: It's nice now that school is back in, we have live music for the track workouts.
music!! sweet, maybe that's what I needed to hear to get myself back to my Tuesday night regimen.
