I may be the most stubborn person I know. I've been ignoring this calf issue for weeks now, but I think it refuses to be ignored any longer. I was suppose to do 14 miles today (the 14 that I have been putting off for a couple days now), but I could only manage 10 miles.
I had to stop running for a few minutes and when I started running again I was limping. Limping is bad. I'm envisioning my marathon goal going up in smoke. I'll be taking a few days off from running, but I will still be blogging.
I've got a trip to Japan to plan!
"Limping is bad." Agreed! I'm sure a few days of rest are just what you need.
