Life V. Marathon Day 69

I almost forgot what it is like to run without pain. I wanted to get back on track with my training plan, so I ran 10 miles. I did it at 7:21 pace, which is about 30 seconds slower than I was running before I took a few days off to rehab my right calf. Let my mistake be a lesson to you; going too hard without proper recovery can lead to disaster.

Tomorrow I'll do another 10 miles at easy pace. I have to figure out how I'm going to get my run in on Monday, I have to be at the airport at 5:30am!
