Life V. Marathon Day 16

Today was a speed day, which meant 3 miles on the track. Today it was 400, 800, and 1200s. The 800s are truly challenging. We sprint the first 200, then 75% the next 200, then repeat.

My Garmin died during the last 400, so I don't have a complete workout recorded.
