On the way to do my speed workout I remembered I had a 5k race this Saturday. Which means, I am suppose to do my Saturday workout today. Luckily, I remembered before I did the speed work. As I look at my plan for Saturday I see that I have not gone enough miles yet, I've done 7, I need 8. I'll be back in a minute...
Okay, Now I have 8 miles for the day. Tomorrow is 10 miles easy, fo sho.
