I ended up doing a ladder workout: 400,800,1200,1200,800,400 at 5:30 pace. There was none of the usual heat-induced suffering because of the rain. For everybody that missed this wonderful workout- Man Up, that includes you ladies.
Tomorrow I'm doing an easy 10 miles.
Ouch! Lay on the guilt why don't you?? That workout you did sounds like CAKE compared to my 1990's cardio salsa video ;)
