Today was speed. I did 1.5 mile warm-up, 3 miles of 400s and 800s, 1.5 mile cool-down. I was feeling good tonight and did the intervals a bit fast. I need to be careful with doing that. I'll pay for the speed on another workout.
Tomorrow is 10 miles easy. This is becoming my favorite run.
I did my first speedwork last night! I did a 1 mile warm up, 2 miles of 400s and 800s, and a 1 mile cool down. My goal was to do the 800s at 4:23 pace and I did it (looked like a tomato after). My ultimate goal would be to run a race with sub 8 minute miles :)
